Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Alagad (the “Service”), operated by PAL Tech LLC (“PAL Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1The Service
Alagad provides a pre-configured AI assistant that performs appointment-setting and administrative tasks for small businesses and virtual assistants — for example, replying to inbound messages, checking availability, booking appointments, capturing leads, and maintaining a bookings log. Where you connect your own Google account, the agent performs these actions on your behalf using your own account. The Service’s features, capabilities, and underlying models may change over time.
2Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including marketing, anti-spam, telemarketing, and data-protection laws.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who have not consented to be contacted, in violation of applicable law or the policies of any messaging platform you connect.
- Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of a connected third-party platform (including Google and any messaging provider).
You are responsible for the content of the messages and instructions you and your agent send, and for ensuring you have any consents required to contact the people your agent contacts.
4Third-party services and your data
The Service integrates with third-party platforms that you choose to connect, including Google Workspace services and messaging platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Our handling of data you connect — including data from your Google account — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Alagad’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5Fees
Paid plans are billed at the rate and on the cycle disclosed at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and, as described in the Privacy Policy, you may disconnect your connected accounts at any time.
6AI output disclaimer
The Service uses automated AI systems to generate messages and take actions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given situation. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising the agent’s activity and for any actions it takes on your behalf. Do not rely on the Service for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
7Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAL Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAL Tech LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, the content and instructions you provide, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure to us, you, or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
11Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version at this URL with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION — to be confirmed by PAL Tech LLC counsel], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
